Buyers send payment via mail or provide information over phone.

Option Two
Orders and payment information is sent securely and stored securely on our server.
You receive an email message indicating an order has been placed. (no payment info sent via email)
You retrieve the order and payment information from our secure server and process the order as if it you had received it over the phone.

Option Three
Same scenario as option two except that credit card payments are processed automatically. This requires the services of an outside credit card authorization company which may incur additional fees.
